helpful staff excellent location clean room
i found the staff very friendly and helpful the location proved excellent being a short walk to the main attractions. my room was clean and lovely the breakfast offered a first class experience. everything seemed designed for comfort and convenience and i had a very good experience
the bar prices did seem quite high for some drinks so i was careful when ordering

the rooms are individually decorated and have many extra touches. breakfast was sensational!!! the staff were all an absolute delight to deal with. the decor is beautiful.
i had a very, very slight issue with the bar prices, but it was sorted quickly.

i stayed in a beautiful junior suite. the room offered a copper bath and provided nice toiletries. fresh coffee with a cafetiere and homemade cookies were available in the room (a very thoughtful touch!). i found the breakfast excellent.
The bar prices seemed high. I paid a considerable amount for a gin and tonic.

beautiful interiors comfy bed castle location
The location was very close to the Castle, it was great. The hotel room was spacious and beautiful. The bed was super comfy and milk and cookies was a great detail.
Staffs were a little bit unprepared, I was waiting for my breakfast for more than 45 minutes and I didn't get it.
