i found the staff very friendly and helpful the location proved excellent being a short walk to the main attractions. my room was clean and lovely the breakfast offered a first class experience. everything seemed designed for comfort and convenience and i had a very good experience
the bar prices did seem quite high for some drinks so i was careful when ordering

The location was very close to the Castle, it was great. The hotel room was spacious and beautiful. The bed was super comfy and milk and cookies was a great detail.
Staffs were a little bit unprepared, I was waiting for my breakfast for more than 45 minutes and I didn't get it.
